Tsuki Oke / Lunar Tear Orchestra Performs NieR:Automata

Sunday, April 28 was the 2nd fan concert produced by the Mond Tränen PhilharmoNikeR / 月の涙オーケストラ / 月オケ / Tsuki Oke / Lunar Tear Orchestra, solely focusing on the music from NieR:Automata. It was completely a fan production with no direct affiliation with Square Enix.

This was my sixth performance as part of an orchestral choir in Japan. I am certainly not a pro, but I always love learning more about music and performing on stage. It’s always great to share this experience with other liked minds.

News is just in that the next official NieR concert will be held at Billboard Live in Tokyo on the weekend May 11 and 12!

Cast Revealed for the YoRHa Ver.1.3a Stage Play!

YoRHa Ver.1.3a – July 4-7 in Tokyo / July 11-14 in Osaka

The preliminary ticket reservations for the YoRHa Ver.1.3a stage play later this summer just wrapped up yesterday, and so the official Web site has been updated with the cast list! So, here’s the first look at the completely NEW cast!

First of all, let me remind you that this is a revisioning of the original YoRHa stage play which depicts the Pearl Harbor Descent Mission on December 8, 11941. It’s this story that we first meet No2… But you will notice a very interesting addition to the cast at the bottom of the list…

My copy of the NieR:Orchestra Concert 12018 came today! I haven’t had the chance to watch the whole thing again, but it seems like there are English subtitles for the whole thing! From what I’ve seen of it thus far, it seems like a pretty decent translation.
