The Characters

Meet the wonderful bishies from my story! I'm not good at art so sorry for the silly pictures for some of these characters. The very talented Bela Fantasy created the image I used for the banner above. The other pics used below are all doodles that I've done. Yay! Several of them (for example, Frenier and Kataki) were made without these characters in mind, but when I was looking to replace some really bad pictures of these characters with new ones, I thought these worked nicely for those characters. Hopefully with some more time and practice, I'll be able to draw some new, better pics of these guys!!!

		Kenage Hisoka (健気密) Hisoka is a 19 year old senior in high school. He does not have much memory of his childhood due to an illness. Shortly after he's struck by lightning, he begins to have strange dreams of a demon chasing after him. There are many moments when he feels very lost and out of control of his own destiny.
		Akuma (悪魔・黒光霊) Akuma is a wicked demon that haunts Hisoka's dreams. His one desire is to kill Hisoka and thus kill himself. Akuma is sometimes referred to as the Black Aura Soul.
		The Red Aura Soul (赤光霊) This is a character that appears in Book 2, Chapter 8. Love him to pieces. He's the red fragment of the Prism Aura, aka the soul of the demi-god Aurien. Read the chapter to find out exactly who he is. ^^;
		Aurien (アリエン) Aurien is the demi-god of fire and light. He is guided by a strong sense of virtue and justice, which gets him into big trouble when it's his turn at the Arena battles. Eventually he begins to question everything in his superior society and would rather throw it all away if it means doing the right thing.
		Gedeon (ゲディエン) Gedeon is a demi-god fledgling who has his sights on winning in the Arena battles, even if it's against his own brother. He was once human but the Sun Goddess took pity upon him and gave him the life of a demi-god, however against his will. He is Aurien's brother.
		Ryuuen (龍炎) Here's Ryuuen. I don't really want to give away who he is... but he should make somewhat of an appearance at the halfway point of Book 2. I am a little consistent with my red haired characters... *hint*hint* On the other hand, this character may be deleted... heh
		Marix (マリックス) This is a pic of Marix before his demon curse. Recently I've redesigned this chara thanks to a good artist friend of mine. Marix is a good guy and he feels responsible for Aurien's destiny. Because of this responsibility, Marix often puts Aurien's needs ahead of himself. He is extremely modest and selfless.
		Ijiwaru Kataki (意地悪敵) I named several of my characters before I knew much Japanese, but once I did learn a thing or two, I was too attached to their original names; I couldn't change them! Kataki's name literally means Revenge of the Bully! lol Kataki is ruled by revenge and has little sight for anything else.
		Kaori (香) This character is such a pleasure to write. She is always happy, gets insanely giddy when drunk, and has absolutely no fear of embarrassment when flirting with her love interest. Still, she uses all her smiles and fits of laughter as a sort of mask to hide the deep ridden pain of her past.
		Frenier (フレンニア) Frenier is also a senior in high school. He is a loyal friend to both Hisoka and Kataki, which makes him feel very torn. He has a hard time choosing one friend over the other but his sense of justice makes him lean more toward Hisoka.
		Xienyth Malinthos (ゼイン) Xein is a wanderer in search of his missing younger sister. He's a rough-and-tumble sort of character and has little patience with anything that doesn't concern him, aka finding his sister. He has the ability to transform into a werewolf.　He also likes to unnecessarily destroy things.
		Samuel Fisher (サーム) Sam is an old friend of Xein's. Sam can always put on a calm smile, no matter how he really feels. He's a mercenary, working to help rebuild a broken world. Whatever money he makes from his profession, he gives away, keeping only what he needs to survive. He is a quiet loner but very skilled fighter. He likes high places.
