.hack//G.U. Last Recode Reaches 300k Units Sold!

We were told earlier this month that sales for .hack//G.U. Last Recode have progressed well, but Bandai Namco hasn’t released any detailed information since breaking the golden 300k units sold. Here’s some more recent info:


The 1st Anniversary of .hack//G.U. Last Recode (GULR) is quickly approaching on November 1 in Japan with the International 1st year anniversary comes two days later on November 3!

Plus, the title exceeded 300,000 units sold!! Congratulations!!

To celebrate, the talented artists at CyberConnect2 will be sharing some awesome shikishi with us over the coming days. To kick off this celebration, Matsuyama Hiroshi illustrated this sweet shikishi of Haseo! Here’s a translation for what he wrote:

It’s already been a year!!
Worldwide sales have exceeded 300,000 copies!!
It’s all thanks to the fans, thank you!!

『.hack//G.U. Last Recode』+ KaraTetsu in Ikebukuro

Went out with some other cool .hack fans to enjoy the karaoke collab in Ikebukuro. Personally, I don’t mind going to karaoke alone, but it is more fun to go with a specific purpose in mind!

And thanks to one of my new friends, I was able to get SIGNED copies of LieN’s new piano scorebook and CD from M3.

I usually go to the M3 event every year, but couldn’t go this time because of work… I was so upset. There were many people I wanted to say hello to this year, especially after GameTakt. Hopefully some day I will have a job that works in tandem with my life rather than obstructing or limiting it… but that’s everybody’s fantasy, right? Hey, I can dream, right???
